- We do not sell your personal data or your uploaded materials to anyone.
- We do not use your product materials to advertise our service unless you have given written consent (e.g., the showcase authorization at checkout).
4.Who we share data with
Only the service providers required to run PhotoReel: payment processing (Stripe), website hosting and file storage, email delivery, and analytics. Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its function. Team members working on your order access your materials under confidentiality obligations.
5.How long we keep data
- Order records: kept as required for accounting and legal purposes.
- Uploaded materials and delivered videos: kept so we can provide revisions and re-downloads; deleted on your request at any time.
6.Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw any consent you have given (such as showcase authorization), by emailing support@photoreel.ai. We action requests within 30 days . If you are in the EU/UK, these rights include those under the GDPR, and you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
7.Cookies
We use essential cookies, basic analytics, and — where you arrive via our ads — standard conversion measurement. We do not sell data to ad networks.
