1.Who we are

PhotoReel ("we," "us," or "our") provides professional product video production services to businesses worldwide through photoreel.ai.

2.The service

You upload one or more photos of your product and optionally a short description. Our professional video producers, assisted by AI production tools, create a finished marketing video (typically 30–60 seconds, with music and captions) and deliver it to you digitally. Every video is reviewed and finished by a human producer before delivery.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for business purposes.

3.Orders, pricing and payment

• All prices are shown in US dollars on our website.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Promotional pricing (e.g., launch offers) applies only while displayed on the site and is honored at the price shown at the time of your order.
• Prices do not include any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction; where required, taxes are shown at checkout.

4.Your content and responsibilities

• You confirm that you own, or have the necessary rights to, all photos, logos, trademarks and text you upload, and that our use of them to produce your video does not infringe any third party's rights.
• You must not order videos for products or content that are illegal, infringing, deceptive, or that we reasonably consider harmful. We may decline and refund any such order.
• You are responsible for ensuring that claims shown in your video (specifications, certifications, performance) are accurate for your use.

5.Delivery and acceptance

• Standard delivery is within 24 hours of payment confirmation (rush options, where offered, are stated at checkout). If we anticipate a delay, we will notify you before the deadline.
• Delivery is digital, via a download link sent to the email address on your order.
• After delivery you have a review window to request revisions (Section 6). If we receive no response within 14 days of delivery, the video is considered accepted.

6.Revisions and redos

• Single-video orders include 1 free revision round; multi-video packs include 1 free revision round per video. A revision round may bundle multiple change requests submitted together.
• Describe changes in plain words — your producer translates them into edits. Revisions are delivered within 24 hours.
• New requirements outside the original brief (e.g., a different product, added scenes beyond scope) may be quoted as a new order.

8.Intellectual property

• Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free commercial license to use the final delivered video in any medium — websites, marketplaces, trade shows, social media, and paid advertising. Music included in the video is licensed for such commercial use.
• We retain ownership of our production processes, tools, templates and know-how.
• We will only showcase your video or name it in our portfolio and marketing with your written consent (for example, the authorization option at checkout or a separate agreement). Without consent, your materials are used solely to produce your order.

9.Privacy and data

• We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: your contact details, order information, and the materials you upload.
• Your uploaded materials are shared internally only with the team working on your order and with the infrastructure providers we use to run the service (e.g., hosting, payment). We do not sell your data.
• You may request deletion of your uploaded materials and personal data at any time by emailing support@photoreel.ai; we will action it within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

10.Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• Creative services involve subjective judgment; while we follow the agreed brief and our published quality checks, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (views, sales, engagement).
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date above.

12.Governing law and disputes

Before initiating any formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at support@photoreel.ai so that we can try to resolve the issue directly. In most cases, concerns can be resolved promptly through a revision, redo, or refund in accordance with our published policies.
